The hotel was simple and fairly clean, it had fast wi-fi, its location was PHENOMENAL close to town centre. The staff was decent and pleasant all the time.

Our stay here was relaxing, best base for exploring Banff. The staff was accommodating, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. This accommodation had a very central setting close to the mountains etc.

No lobby at all.

Clean and straightforward place. Hotel with beautiful rooms and in a downtown area. Plus, a historical place museum was within walking distance. Friendly service, provided by the exceptional staff.
